But what should you do if your four-legged friend gets sick?
We are available and will hold the fort for you at the practice.
But we ask you to take a few precautions so that we can all be there for you and your animals for a long time:
- Appointments only, as always – please call in advance in any case.
- Please come alone with your pet, without any accompanying persons!
- We kindly ask you to allow us to treat your pet alone. You may take a seat in the treatment room during this time.
- We will discuss everything very thoroughly with you beforehand and afterwards.
- Welcome upon arrival Disinfect your hands and Please put on a mask. & a quick temperature check at the entrance, if this is provided for.
- Payment is best made by debit card to minimize the handling of cash and thus also the spread of viruses.
- If you are ill yourself, please ask a trusted person to bring your pet to us. We will take care of it.
- If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
